Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 08, 2026 • Last Updated: October 2026 • Domain: docscorm.com

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and DocScorm ("Company", "We", "Us"), operating at https://docscorm.com. By accessing or using our services at docscorm.com or any affiliated applications, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Scope of Services & SCORM Compilers

DocScorm provides an autonomous document-to-e-learning transformation platform featuring:

  • Multi-Format SCORM Compiler: Ingests PDF manuals, Word documents (.docx), PowerPoint presentations (.pptx), and text files to produce certified SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 validated ZIP packages containing imsmanifest.xml, JavaScript LMS API wrappers, and HTML5 responsive players with assessment tracking.
  • WCAG 2.1 AA Accessibility & Ephemeral Email Delivery: Injects accessible speech synthesis, dynamic contrast controls, and dispatches the permanent compiled .zip directly to customer inboxes with zero persistent cloud storage.

3. Intellectual Property & Zero Model Training Guarantee

Customer Ownership & Confidentiality Covenant

You retain 100% unencumbered intellectual property ownership of all source documents uploaded, extracted curriculum text, translated assets, and compiled output packages (.zip, .json, .csv).

We do not sell, license, publicly disclose, or utilize your proprietary employee manuals, SOPs, or coaching materials to train public artificial intelligence models. Processing occurs in isolated serverless executions protected by encrypted multi-tenant security and ephemeral zero-storage architecture.

4. Payment Processing, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Billing, invoicing, global credit card transactions, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and applicable sales tax/VAT collections are processed through authorized Merchants of Record, including Paddle.com. By completing a transaction or starting a 7-day free trial, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment instrument. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via the customer billing portal.

5. Digital Goods Delivery, Chargeback Defense & Conflict Resolution

By purchasing a course compilation credit or subscription, you expressly agree to the immediate digital execution of the service and acknowledge that delivery occurs instantaneously upon browser download or direct transmission to your designated email address.

Pre-Dispute Notice Requirement: If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact support@docscorm.com at least seven (7) business days prior to opening a formal dispute or filing a chargeback with your credit card issuer.

Evidentiary Audit Trail: In the event of a chargeback claim, DocScorm AI logs and submits verifiable cryptographic proof of delivery (including customer IP address, User-Agent browser fingerprint, transaction timestamps, package SHA-256 hash, and delivery receipts) to the card network and payment processor to successfully resolve and rebut unwarranted dispute claims.

6. Trademarks & Comparative Advertising Disclaimer

All brand names, product trademarks, and logos referenced on this website—including but not limited to Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Docebo, and Cornerstone—are the exclusive property of their respective trademark holders.
